Family Preference Immigrant Visas

Categories Under Family Preference Visas are

Family first preference(F1) Unmarried sons and daughter of US citizens and their minor children.

Family second preference(f2) spouse, minor children and unmarried sons and daughters above the age of 21 of LPRs.

Family third preference (F3): spouses, minor children, and unmarried sons and daughters above the age of 21 of LPRs.

Family fourth preference (f4) Brothers and sisters of US citizens and their spouses and minor children. The sponsor must be at least 21 years of age.
